Today’s sound is of a cricket (cicada?) in Nerja, Spain, inside a locked garage and heard through the metal door. Recorded by Felicity Ford.

Today’s sound is taken from the volcanic landscape of Solfatara, at Pozzuoli, Italy. The sound is of very hot, sulphurous steam escaping through a crack in the earth’s surface in a volcanic crater and was recorded by Felicity Ford.
